Summary Of Responsibilities:

– Generate sales opportunities with new customers via networking & relationship building as part of our overall coordinated sales strategy

– Create sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities and documenting sales methodology

– Own and nurture sales processes.

– Manage and overcome objections

– Develop and execute on sales plan

– Manage and grow customer relationships

– Meet and exceed targeted sales quotas

– Prepares reports as requested

What We’re Looking For:

 

– University degree

– At least 2-3 years of experience working in sales or a sales related position

– Strong English proficiency. Proficiency with another language is a bonus.

– Proactive and accountable team player

– Ability to receive feedback and learn quickly

– Ability to understand a potential client’s context through effective questioning and listening

– Ability to learn complex concepts quickly and communicate those concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

– Experience designing, developing, writing and effectively communicating reports, proposals and sales strategies

– Strong negotiation and closing skills

– Creative problem solver who can react quickly and multi-task

– Highly driven and self-motivated

– Strong business acumen; polished, and articulate, comfortable selling and presenting to various levels of management

– Tech savvy: MS Office, LinkedIn, Salesforce

– Ability travel to important company meetings/events will be required
