Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for sustainability, adventure and the travel industry?
Reporting to the Sales Director APAC, the Business Development Manager (BDM) will manage and exponentially grow sales within one of our NSW & QLD territories in the Australian market. You will build and maintain a strong geographic presence, deliver effective training, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include acquiring new trade clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. You will identify and establish new partnerships, manage and nurture relationships with retail and wholesale travel partners, and deliver product training aligned with Aurora Expeditions’ core brand messaging. Additionally, you will build and execute successful account-based marketing campaigns, monitor and track sales performance, and make data-driven decisions.
You will conduct market research to understand industry and regional trends, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and plan future sales activities. Promoting Aurora’s product offerings through presentations and marketing materials, you will represent the company at trade shows and industry events. You will integrate sustainability in sales approaches, emphasising Aurora’s commitment to sustainable activities.
