As the Business Performance Manager, you’ll be the analytical mastermind behind a portfolio of hotels, working closely with their leadership teams. You’ll take on the dual role of Business Controller and Operational Excellence Manager, guiding hotels in implementing best-in-class financial and operational processes, ensuring they reach and exceed their goals.

A suitable personality could be:
Structured and able to build structure where there is lack thereof.
A number-cruncher, who enjoys to dig deep into data analysis
Good understanding of financial statements is required.
Ability to simplify both complicated data and processes
Innovative and curious with a desire to challenge status quo/old truths
Strong skills with either excel/powerBI
Understands the importance to maintain data quality & control when working with multiple systems
Proactive, even in change
An interest in hotels and restaurants. Background of working in the hospitality industry is a plus.
A team player and networker who enjoys working in a fast- paced environment
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Possibility to travel 2-4 days a month

A strategic mindset
Working language would be any Nordic language, fluency in English is necessary and Finnish is highly appreciated. We are flexible with working remotely to some extent but we also find working at the office an important part of building company culture.
