About the Job:

We are seeking for an organized and creative Experiences Supervisor to schedule and coordinate activities in our company. For this position, you should be detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills. You should strive to provide entertaining, engaging experiences, that will delight our guests. As well as managing our guest service attendants and guiding team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and guiding the experiences team
  • Participating in departmental meetings
  • Scheduling shifts for the experiences team
  • Planning and coordinating a wide range of guest activities and experiences
  • Ensuring all activities are delivered to the highest standards
  • Maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff
  • Managing activity-related equipment and ensuring it is well-maintained
  • Working closely with the Experiences Coordinator and other relevant departments
  • Handling any guest issues or complaints regarding experiences professionally
  • Communicating with subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Valid B drivers’ license
  • First Aid certificate
  • Strong decision-making, organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a supervisory role, ideally in hospitality or tourism
  • Ability to work in a team and lead by example
  • Patience and compassion when dealing with staff and guests
  • Creative and proactive approach to planning and delivering activities
Beneficial Qualifications:
  • Fluency in other languages in addition to English
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Skills in outdoor activities such as skiing, snowshoeing, or photography
  • Understanding of guest experience and customer service principles
  • Experience working as a guide

Pay, duration and benefits:
  • Starts: October, Ends: March/April
  • Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period
  • Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
  • Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement
  • If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for 250,00/month
