Ice Maintenance Team member

Our business consists of both traditional hotel rooms and cabins, Icehotel 365 which is a hotel by night and an art gallery by day, as well as our winter hotel made of snow and ice, open between December and Mid -Aril.

We burn for creating life enriching experiences and we live with the nature in all we do. We arrange activities in nature and culinary experiences on our own and together with carefully selected subcontractors to complement the ice art.

To keep our hotels nice and fresh we do regular maintenance on everything made of ice and snow. From the floors and walls to every piece of art, we replace, fix and polish to make sure every guest gets the best experience possible.

For this very unique job we need the type of person who has a good eye for details, can work self directed and doesn’t fear physical work.

In this position you are working in maintenance and your job is to ensure the good look of everything that is made out of ice and snow in our hotels. As part of our bigger team of ice production, you and your colleague work as a team of two that works mostly self directed.

We expect you to have a good eye for details and the commitment to make every room look its best for our guests.

What  we expect of you:

• Good language skills in English or Swedish
• B-license
• Good work ethics

What is beneficial:

• Experience in maintenance or other practical jobs
• Experience in handcraft
• License to operate wheel loader and forklift

We especially value personal traits such as reliability, accuracy, conscientiousness, straightforwardness and good work ethics in general.
