Update and maintain the HR Database and Software programs
Compile and analyse different HR reports and statistics
Handling HR matters in accordance with legal requirements
Providing advice and assistance to global and local managers on policies, procedures, legislation and agreements, also employee relations, performance and staff Management
Creating and updating HR policies and procedures locally
Maintaining employee related documentation (Employment contracts, job descriptions, contract changes, agreements, salary records) according to current legislation
Advising managers on recruitment and selection, in role reviews and change processes
Advising with career planning Preparations for terminations and conducting the exit interviews
Helping to develop and implement Global HR policies, development and engagement programs for employees etc.
Roll out global HR campaigns and trainings
Presenting the results of surveys, new initiatives or programs related to HR or working environment
Managing the case management system (Jira) and supporting other team members when absent
WHO WE NEED
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
A degree in relevant area of business or 5+ years of experience in HR
Additional Knowledge
Knowledge about HR Systems
Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
Good understanding of German employment laws
Employee relations expertise in Germany and France
