The ideal candidate will own the entire production process in safari production in Lapland. They will strategize with other internal teams like our sales and our hotels to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage and evaluate entire production process
Contribute to production planning and budgeting
Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a safe production environment
Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Know and advice about national collective contract and local working laws
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent
2+ years of production experience in safaris in Lapland
