Receptionist

We are looking for receptionists for the winter season 24/25 at all five of our destinations. Receptionists are at the very centre of our hotel’s operations. No wonder that the reception is called the nerve centre of the hotel. It’s where we work closely with our guests from the beginning to the end of their stay and collaborate with every department of the hotel. Our receptionists stand out for their excellent customer service and teamwork skills. They are able to make quick decisions and are not afraid of feeling rushed.

Job description:

The Receptionist will be responsible for all reception duties at the hotel, including checking guests in and out, providing a wide range of assistance and customer service, answering emails and selling activities. The job requires fluency in English, good teamwork and customer service skills. Our hotel reservation system is Mews, for which previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Please remember to mention if you have, for example, wider language skills, training in the field, are a fluent Canva user or have other skills useful in reception work as these will be considered an advantage.

Working hours and pay:

The receptionist’s job is a two-shift job, working both weekdays and weekends. The starting salary is €13.60 per hour + bonuses, and the final salary is determined by experience and training. The job will start in November.
