We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual with experience in travel sales, itinerary planning, and coordinating travel for both international and local clients. This role is focused on supporting the Chauffeuring Department, requiring someone who can occasionally assist with driving duties to ensure seamless service and coordination across our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Chauffeuring Department, ensuring high-quality and timely service for all clients
Coordinate driver schedules, assignments, and availability to meet fluctuating client demands
Manage booking requests and allocate resources efficiently to optimize fleet and driver utilization
Develop and maintain strong communication channels with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from booking to final drop-off
Monitor and uphold safety and service standards, conducting regular evaluations of driver performance and customer satisfaction
Handle occasional client transportation needs, stepping in to drive when required
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to support seamless operations and high client satisfaction
Organize and book domestic travel packages, including activities and excursions
Prepare travel documents, follow up on trips, and manage communication with clients and drivers
Position Details:
This role is available as either a full-time or part-time position to start, with the potential to become a long-term role based on performance.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English (required)
Strong skills in Google Calendar, Drive, and Mail
Knowledge of Protocol
Experience with travel booking systems
Knowledge of Word and Excel (preferred)
Generall computer skills
Flexibility and a willingness to occasionally support chauffeuring tasks
D driver’s license
