We are looking for enthusiastic tour guides and dispatch coordinator who would like to experience the Arctic, northern lights, the spring awakening and midnight sun at the North Cape/Honningsvåg. If you join our team and spend seasons of 2024 at the Top of Europe, you will have an experience for a lifetime.

Qualification requirements:
  • Available to work as a guide from February to September/October.
  • Fluent in German in combination with any of the following languages: Norwegian, English, or French
  • Prior experience as a tour guide is appreciated, but not required.
  • The dispatch coordinators we are looking for will be our key element that plans, coordinates, and implements the work plan created for the day of cruise call at the pier. It also includes responsibility for coordination of daily schedule of all the tours, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and safely, and that everyone is on time for their scheduled excursions and back to the pier. We are looking for you that have talent for logistic and organization with fluent knowledge of English

  • Flexible, service-minded, enthusiastic, and interested in working with people from different countries and cultures.
  • Able to present information in an entertaining way.
